Colin is Kalypso’s lead Consumer Packaged Goods and Food and Beverage principal focused on strategic capability building and innovation transformation, leveraging his industry and consulting experiences.

His efforts include developing global innovation and corporate strategies, advising how to leverage advanced analytics and digital technologies to drive better innovation efforts, capability building around effective Regulatory, Quality & Food Safety Management and Compliance practices (including FSMA), the management of innovation portfolios, effective Change Management, along with the knowhow to leverage enterprise-wide technologies like Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).

Michael has over 30 years’ experience within manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems and technologies. Michael’s recent work experience has seen him involved in the convergence of IT & OT. This is known more recently as the Connected Enterprise or IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things).

 Michael has been involved with several projects that bring operational capabilities and deliver value for food and beverage manufacturers. Projects including complete supply chain traceability, digitising manufacturing operations for production execution, recipe management and quality management. Michael also has comprehensive experience integration of critical manufacturing supply chain systems such as ERP to MOM/MES integration, warehouse & inventory management.
